KOMODO is situated 200 nautical miles east of Bali between the islands of Flores and Sumbawa. Komodo's symbol of international fame is it's dragons, the world's largest living Lizard. Indonesia declared the area a National Park in 1980, and in 1992 Komodo was declared of land on 4 major and numerous minor islands.

The Komodo Dragon Varanus komodoesis is the largest lizard in the world. Also know as a varanid or monitor lizard, it grows to 2.5 meters in length and round 125 kilos. At the top of the food chain the dragon is an alert and agile predator, worthy of respect.

Their bacteria laden bite is lethal without medical treatment. Their tails are also a powerful and dangerous weapon which can be thrashed with bone breaking force. The regular flicking of their tongues drives their acute sense of smell.

ITINERARY
Days 01 : Bali – Labuan Bajo – Rinca Island (L.D) 
Pick up from your hotel in Bali and transfer to the airport, for flight to Labuan Bajo (West Flores) for approximately one and half hours. On arrival in Labuan Bajo will be welcomed and meet by our local representative and direct transfer to the harbor to catch the local boat cross to Komodo Island. Lunch will serve on boat. After boating for approximately 4 hours, in early evening we arrive at Komodo Island. Dinner and overnight on boat or at Ranger Lodge.

Days 02 : Komodo Island - Pink Beach - Rinca Island (B-L-D)
Breakfast on boat, start you're trekking, walking through to the typical forest to explore the wild Komodo Dragons and others wild animal (deer, pig, monkey, buffalo's and many kind of birds). A local ranger will be leading you to this nature preservation. After trekking for approximately 2,5 hours, back to the boat proceed to Pink Beach for swimming, snorkeling and relaxing in unspoiled coral reef and many color of fish. Lunch will served on board, before we continue our trip to Rinca Island. On arrival in Rinca Island direct trekking to explore the Komodo Dragons as at Komodo Island. Dinner and overnight on boat or at Ranger Lodge.

Days 03 : Rinca - Warloka Village - Bidadari - Labuan Bajo (B-L-D)
Early morning breakfast on boat, sailing a cross to visit the Warloka primitive village. See the stone post dolmens, menher and ancient ceramics. After than, proceed a short sailing to Bidadari Island for swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing. Sailing back to Labuan Bajo harbor and directly transfer to the New Bajo Hotel or similar for dinner and overnight.

Days 04 : Labuan Bajo - Bali (B)
Breakfast at hotel. Short city sightseeing will be made, visiting to the local market and see the huge Batu Cermin (Mirror Cave) before transfer to the airport for fly back to Bali. On arrival will transfer back to your original hotel.
